You have developed the perfect game graphic wise. The problem lies in your game play. I played Golden tee golf for pc for 13 years. There are still guys playing it and it can't be mastered. Why? That game came out in 1998, players loved it so much that they created servers and courses for it just so it would continue on. This game could be better.

The power bar, and putting need to go. Like real golf let the mouse be the meter. You haul back and push forward as hard or soft as you want to get the result you need, to the left or right for hooks and fade. etc...

So much in this game I see right where I want to place my ball, but im punished by a power meter instead of just letting me control my power and direction with my mouse.

Everybodys mouse is different, thus everybody a unique player. Just like real golf.

allow the mouse to do the work, picture the hands of a clock, if I pull back from 1 to 6 to 10 the ball will curve right, and same opposite. It can be done as much or as suttle as needed to fight wind etc...

For putting just show me the slope and speed, let me feel and do the weight with my mouse, like I would with my own club.

Your wasting an opportunity to be the best ever. Not a tiger woods knock off.

    YOU COULD BE GREAT!!!!!!

Thank you for your input for improving the game. I'm glad that you find the game to be outstanding, this is what we strive for. While everyone's mouse may be different many players have become accustom to how the game play works. Due to the fact the power meter is similar it accommodates everyone's different computer set ups. Re hauling it would be a major task from what I understand.

Guess so, still would be nice to not have to mess with a power meter, but ill have learn it, at least when it comes to putting.

It will never be cheat proof with the power meter and green map.   Everybody has different reactions and different mouses, not to mention different reflexes,  this game will get old in time as those that are true to golf will get sick of the cheaters and sandbaggers etc...

Leave the game in the hands of the golfer, like in real golf, the game is in the club of the golfer, hes weight, his touch etc..  should be the same in this game, but with his mouse.

Golden tee golf for pc was the perfect game, but it ran out of time and fans, plus it doesnt have the graphics.  When someone copys that but with the graphics and the ablility to design your own golfer, you will have the perfect game  Golden tee Golf had several levels, the easiers being lvl3, then4, the lvl5 was more like real golf, the lvl6 was lvl5 but with hard slopes.

People still play the arcade version for big bucks and competition.  You missing out on something here.  So far all i can see is a tiger woods type copy.
