Please look at my play history. I have not been getting my points for consecutive days played for two days in a row. That's 1760 points that i should have gotten but did not. Please look into this and explain to me what's going wrong. I have been playing every day for over 20 days.

The game displays Pacific Standard Time, or at least it does in forum posts, blog posts, etc.

CDP is based off of, I believe, Greenwich Mean Time, which is 8 hours ahead of PST.

If you played a game at, say 2:00 PM PST on the 21st, that would be 10:00 PM GMT, on the 21st.

If your next game was at 6:00 PM PST, the next day, on the 22nd, that would be 2:00AM GMT, on the 23rd.

In other words, WGT might tell you on your profile page that you played a game each day since the display is based off of PST, or you might simply be under the impression that you play one game a day, based on your timezone, but you did not play a game each day according to GMT.  If it is not this exactly, it is definitely something like this.  I'm not sure how it works; all I know is I get CDP at roughly 6-8 PM CST.  It's not based on my timezone nor any US timezone.

Quintessential WGT programming... make something super cool, but screw up one tiny detail that breaks the entire thing... lmao!  The quirks keep the game sorta interesting, though.

Looking at your "ranked" game and match play history, appears to be sporadic this whole month with the amount of games played per day and month. I may be wrong but I don't think CDP's will be awarded just playing 1-2 games. Don't think you get points for practice rounds either if you were counting them as games played.

I know my CDP's don't kick in untill I reach the next level or close to it. But then I play considerably more rounds than what your history reveals.

Sorry couldn't be more help, but good luck on retrieving those points.

I was getting CDP points even if i just played one ctth round or one blitz or one 9 hole round or one full 18. It does not matter what you play as long as you complete some form of play you get the points for CDP and that's the way it should be. I don't have the time some players do to sit and play round after round all day and/or night. That would be nice but life gets in the way of that...lol. And I never play practice rounds.

I did email member services about this issue and I will post the response when I get it. Thanks Charle and Oneputt for your responses. That GMT deal would be screwed up and somewhat confusing. I work for a Dutch company and our SAP system is on that time.

99% of my play is usually at the same time every morning but the last couple of days i played at different times. If I don't get my CDP points back 'll just have to run up a few more days to get back to the 880 per day level.

Been there, done that - Last post on the 2nd page

Basically the consecutive days EP's are based on UTC time, which for those of us on the US East Coast is 4 hrs ahead(soon to be 5).  The game history is based on Pacific Standard time...

So for me, my golfing day starts at 8:00PM and ends at 7:59PM.  To make sure I qualify for my Consecutive days EP's, I try to post a round everyday at around the same time, preferably between 8 & 9 PM.

I got screwed just like you, probably lost like 2,000 to 3,000 leveling points.  They can't go back and add leveling points, but they did give me a couple of sleeves of balls.  Why they can't fix it so the CD EP's synchronize with what days your history says you played is rather confusing...
