  Hi

  I can see on my page that I have been challenged but do not receive an email to be able to accept the challenge, any reason why?

  We're still waiting for the e-mail to be fixed. Hopefully they'll do it soon.

  Why? It appears to be broken. This Q won't help you.

  How to fix? Not a safe answer but you might want to change to a different mail address of yours in your account. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.
