It has come to my attention that CC brackets
that are only partially filled, will remain hung indefinitely.
we need some sort of a cancellation timer
for bracket that did not get all the spots filled up,
like when you set the brackets conditions, you could also setup
how long should it be before partially filled Brackets
can be rendered null and be removed, especially when
there's an entry fee involved.. :/
