I would like to know how i can hit my 110 yd club 115.47 yards with a head wind of 8 mph and i back off the club when i swing.  I am really confused when trying to hit this club. when i have a tail wind and back off i come up really short.  WGT can your explain or tell my what i a doing wrong?

You are not alone in that.

Happens to me all the man and i often wonder the exact same thing.  It is shocking when you have a headwind and the shot goes further than the club allows

hatch, could it be you are looking at the camera view in reverse? I know your not a noob, but sometimes things appear to be strange when actually it was "human" error. Especially if your an old fart like me. lol....No offence intended.

Example; yesterday started a 18-RG, after goofing off w/some blitz games. Edited clubs and balls for RG...1st hole 31mph tail wind, hit my 3-w (I thought) drive goes 242 yds. Normally 295-300 yds. 2nd hole 28 mph tail wind, hit driver (I thought) drive goes 239 yds assumed "caddie" error. 3rd hole looked in by bag for driver ITS NOT THERE, 3w not there only 2H. I was shocked to say the least. Apparently I forgot to save changes for equipment after blitz games.... Moral of story; sometimes through habit we just screw-up.

For what its worth, ended up w/3 over round w/only the 2H off the tee's. Looked at stats after round 0-0-0 for drive yardage/gir/%. I know that if head wind instead of tail wind I would have had to WD.

I apologize for my little story, not really related to your dilemma.
