I normally live with the little bugs that seem to be part of development. However, this last bug is one that, I feel requires priority attention.
First, I teed off for an 18 hole solo round at Bethpage with the club cc rewards card. Everything was working fine (I was having a better than average round) until I "made the turn". The advertisement that popped up had a time clock of 7200 seconds. After waiting for for about 30 seconds I clicked on the 'watch video' option (I didn't want to wait 2 hours for the ad to expire) and watched the video only to return back to the original ad, now with the sound for the ad still playing in the background. After 106 seconds I took a screenshot and then clicked on the video once again. After the video played for the second time I was returned to my game with one HUGE difference.
I should mention that the ad was for pokerstars.net, and when I was returned to my game the audio for a poker match was playing in the background. The only options that I had were to play the game with the audio playing in the background or close my window (losing my better than average round and club cc points accumulated). I chose to continue the round with the audio in the background.
I would have been able to live with the audio in the background, however, the added use of bandwidth greatly affected the swing meter and my game went to hell.
WGT, if ads are now going to last 2 hours, you have lost yet another user.
Compensation for this would be appreciated although not expected.
