Re: problems with pro shop

  Went to purchase some more golf balls today, but wasn't able to. Some of the screens were ok for drivers, avatars, and putters,but the screen for golf balls was just a gray square. Down in the bottom left of the page was the message : BAD REQUEST ( invalid verb). I will try again tomorrow to see if I can access it. I use firefox 3.6.12 . any help would be helpful. Thank you

  Can only access it from the pro shop home page. From the main game window all I get is gray square. Also happens once in the pro shop and try to access it from top tabs.

  Hi,

  I am not sure what the issue is. But, I have seen others report it. Could you press control + f5 to completely refresh.

  If not, please try Chrome or IE, maybe that will fix the problem.

  Hey WGTicon, thanks for the reply. The control + f5 also did not work, so I went to IE and every thing worked like it should. I then returned to firefox and it also worked like it should ? I have been on WGT for a large portion of the day, so maybe firefox was just tired lol. Again thanks for the quick reply and on a side note good luck with your new position.

  Good. I suspect when they added new goodies to the pro-shop, it required you to download everything again.

  Hey Toona, it sounds like you need to increase your offline storage in FireFox. Simply click tools > options > advanced > network and change the the offline storage value to 500MB. Your cache isn't big enough to hold the games assets and other Internet traffic at the current storage setting.

  Thanks Richard will give that a try. It only happened yesterday after being on wgt for most of the day.Tried it today with no problems,but have adjusted the setting it was at 50MB.Again thanks for the response.
