  For the last month my wife has been trying to sign in, but WGT will not accept her pass word. Over a dozen times she has asked for a message to be sent to an email address but this has not happened.

  did she contact us from her registered email? members@worldgolftour.com is the email you use. please ask her to do so, if she has not.

  Hi WGTicon,

  Thanks for your answer, I managed to get her back up by changing her password, but again today it would not except the password and I had to change it again. Not only that, but she doesn’t get a free credit pass for her points to be transferred to the club, it always comes up with the 37 credits marker.

   

  Can you sort this out as the club is losing credit points?
