Has anyone else been afflicted with a non-changing average? Despite what i shoot, my average stays at 67.96. This has been going on for about 4 days now. Nothing else is buggy. An explanation anyone? Thanks.
The method of calculating averages has changes as of the last update. What you are seeing is a result of the change. Be patient while the method is still new, I think it will take a little time for it to settle out. You can find more information on the latest update here. (Near the bottom)
I think the method of calculating averages also takes into account, difficulty level (Course Index) in evaluating what the average is. For example, tournament greens, versus standard greens. Just an observation.
Your average drops with every sub-average round you shoot. Right now, at 66.52, if I shoot a 33 it drops .08. It stays there even if I shoot above it. This is pretty consistent so far. too.
