  WGT offers the option of right-clicking the chat box to report a problem.  is there a mechanism for receiving a response? or at least publishing what problems are being worked on?

  Hi

  We check every bug submitted. Many of the reports are for similar things, so replying to every would be very laborious process.

  The list of what's coming located on top in the Announcement forum. We do not publish bug fixes until they happen since until they are fixed, they are still bugs

  What match play wins? According to your stats you have played 1 match play game and lost it.

  Match play games played in the practice mode don't count in your stats.

  If you are talking about coin games on mobile they don't count in your stats because they are played in the practice mode also.
