  Hi,

   

  It looks like I'm missing some awards in my stats.

  For example; I have '7' at Days at the Beach, which should correspont with a Gold Award, yet I only have bronze (between 2 and 4), see screenshot below. Same with 'total pars made' where my stats say 686 but I never got the Crystal award starting at 500, the 'Get down' award and 'Long Haul' also missing 1 or 2 levels....  how is this possible and can this be corrected?

  Some awards have been broken for a long time.

  In addition, the numbers have been raised for some awards through this year but not in that display. For example, the "Silver" threshold might be eight now(?)

  Things might change, yes, but in some cases I seem to miss like three 'levels' of awards so that seems more like an error it actually awarding it correctly. To be certrain I send an e-mail to the WGT Support and they send back the following:

  Hello *** ,

  Thank you for reporting this matter. There seems to be a new issue with is affecting a small amount of players and is not displaying all awards correctly. Our engineers are already looking into this issue. Thank you in advance for your patience while we find a resolution.

  So guess I have to sit back and wait, while enjoying another round of golf :-) Hope it will be fixed sometime soon.

  In fact, this award wasn't modified.

  So it might fall into category one, "broken awards", be it new or old.

  Edit: My standing on "Day at the beach 9" is correct, 4 and Silver. /edit

  It used to be fun to chase awards - I used to take on the courses' scoring awards at some time, using the weekly 18 holes unlimited to advance.

  But, these ARE broken, allowing 9 hole results to be combined.
  => There's no reason to play 18 holes any more.

  Edit2: My guess is that they have no priority at all to work on such non-profitable things. Don't wait for any change, any repair. /edit

  In conclusion, there's no reason to look into the awards section any more.

  I have 3 awards missing now, I did contact WGT since last July and it is always the same answer: "we are working on it".

  Those people working on it should be replace by competent ones. They don't seams to know how to correct an error or they simply don't work on it.

  In any case they are not competent.

  Just my 2 cents out of frustration.

  Competent or not - they probably don't get enough time to fix it or to put it right.

  => Awards don't provide revenue.
