  At what level can a new golfer start getting passes.  I have a friend that is Level 29 Pro in my country club but is not getting the free pass each day.

  They have to contact customer support. The passes sometimes get stuck. All club members should get passes.

  Just click yes to the free ones. It will help your country club. Your club owner is the best person to ask.
