You'd never see them if you had Adblock installed. :-)
As Jim said Adblock works, and it`s free. Just, when you do videos you have to shut it off and turn in back on when your done.

Adblock installs an icon in the top right of your browser. Clicking it enables you to pause it at will as well as several other options.
On firefox the adblock menu allows you to disable it on a specific page only...I have it disabled on the video pages so I don't have to do it every time....
