Sorry you experienced that. You may want to clear your Flash Cache if you are experiencing an issue like that. Here is a small guide to tell you how to do it.
1.
Visit Macromedia Adobe at: http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager03.html
2. In the Global Storage Settings Panel, change the Global Storage Settings to
100K or higher, and select the "Allow Third-Party Flash Content..."
and "Store Common Flash Components..." options
3.
In the Website Privacy Settings Panel, click Delete All Sites to clear the
Flash Cache.
