i have a new member that cant use his pass. he has been buying his own and i dont know what to tell him. i would hate to lose him as a member. also will he get his credits back?

The pass shows up and i can click on the use button but nothing happens. Customer support isn't there! No replay from them. Thought is was my browser but i switched and still the same thing. Doesn't even show up that I have 1 to use.

I just took look and it does appear CS responded to you, back on Monday. They have currently not heard a response back from you.
