The surveys are becoming BS and WGT needs to do something about it.
If a person takes an entire survey AND THEN is so called screened out at the very end there is a real problem. Because Peanut Labs gets all the data they were looking for and gets to refuse any payout. It's happened numerous times now and I'm pretty *** sick of it.
So this last time I sent a dispute to Peanut Labs and was sent a reply email from someone at PL named Dan G. Dan G. just states that I was screened out and therefore am deserving of no credits. I was already aware I was screened out. That much was explained when it happened live and I was not awarded any credits. My email pertained to the same subject as this post...and that is the fact that the ENTIRE SURVEY was completed. Only after 10 minutes and dozens of answers later, at the ' These Next Few Questions Are For Classification Purposes Only' portion of the process, was I informed that I was being screened out. Well, how convenient for Peanut Labs to get all the data they were looking for and not have to pay up.
Now, here is the real kicker. When I replied to Dan G. from Peanut Labs I get an email back saying Dan G. ain't even a real person. Quote "You sent a reply to a helpdesk message that was generated automaticallyand not by a person. Your message is being returned to you below, unread."
That means my original complaint was never read by a real person either.
So not only did I waste time taking and completing the survey, I wasted
more timedealing with a sham complaint dept.
I know what comes next. WGT claiming no responsibility and them claiming
also that Peanut Labs has no responsibility due to the fact that PL will
hide behind the claim it's their client who screened me out.
It's BS.
