Stats are included yes. However it has to be in scored or challenge mode and the game must finish.

If my memory serves me well, those skill stats are not included in matchplay, because some cannot be applied due to pick-ups and shortened rounds.

Your wins and losses will be recorded in your stats. Personnel shots eg birds, eagles etc won't be
Got over 4000 rounds AS in. Nothing I do there ever makes it to the stat page.
