I am a resident of Tennessee. I realize Ready Go's are not available to me. However, can I earn credits in Stroke Play Tournaments or in some other way? Because if not, I'm up a bad creek with no paddle.
You can earn credits, by completing offers as well as purchasing them. Under the "Get Credits" tab there is a complete offers section. There are many surveys that you can complete for credits.

Also I believe you are allowed to play in and win credits in the free tourneys. Just not any tourney where you have to pay an entry fee.
