    I have been a member for a couple of weeks and haven't had any free passes yet.

    I would be grateful if you could help me.

    Hello. You will need to contact Customer Support in regards to this matter. They will be able to aid you with this case. Make sure to provide them with the Country Club you joined and the date you originally joined the Country Club. Below is the link to contact them.
