go to your cc home page on the righthand side of there name you"ll see 2 yellow dots. clik on that, it will give u a choice on what to do with that person
you have to level up within the cc structure. level 2 gives you a director you are already one as owner. all the info on the benefits are in the cc page of the game client as yet directors have sweet fa other than the name
