  well like always you make it 1 click to take my money then say i need to remove my block up popper

  you got my money give me my bals I paid for them

  this is 1 of the reasons I do not recomend this game to anyone

  and 1 of the reasons I went from playing 100 games down to 5 games a week

  would I ever recomend this game to anone noooooooo a I would hve to say it is a fun game but you must make your computer open to everything the spy botts want to install

  no where when I was reading abut the balls and comparing them to other balls did it state "you must remove your block up popper so we can enter your computer without permission

  I only buy balls "one-click". On any message, I'd assume that they arrived and maybe verify this in the account and/or inventory.

  Messages may be misleading or untrue you know...

  I think the OP is confused. If you have adequate protection on your PC, disabling your pop-up blocker will do no harm.

  Please contact customer service.  They can look to make sure the balls were added.
