I completed the offer for Simba Games UK as a new user, deposited £20 etc. but didn't get credits. so I clicked on 'Didn't receive credits?' where it was listed, then clicked on 'Contact Support' and filled in the details including a copy of my confirmation email. I had an email back from TrialPay asking for the confirmation email, so I replied to that with all 3 emails I've received from Simba. And I havent heard anything further. Also now if I click on
'Didn't receive credits?' it has disappeard from the list. Any ideas what to do now?
