  WGT's response:      What you are experiencing is a minor display error where your level is advancing normally, but is not displaying correctly on your profile. This is a temporary issue and will be resolved when you earn the Experience Points (XP) necessary to advance one level further.

  For example, if your profile indicates you are level 42, but you have received XP necessary to reach level 43, your profile will once again correctly display your level as soon as you reach 44

   

  MY response::::      so this is your example as to how you fix or correct this. how about getting some techs that know what they are doing instead of the idiots you have now.

  From what i got from their email is that they have had this problem for a very long time and the idiots don't know how to fix it or it would have been fixed years ago because your example level number is where this problem originated about 3 years ago in the threads.

  NOT, because the level stays frozen on the old value and items of the higher level stay unavailable.

  I experienced it on a lower level where the gap wasn't so big, but I had to wait for the next level XPs.

  Today, there are plenty of 90s levels complaining here, and since we learned that this is a minority, the spreading of this failure "outside" must be ENORMOUS!

  On the flipside, quite a few cases seem to resolve themselves with the next game now - this wasn't possible then.

  Can't redeem views either. Out of sync with their server. Reload player? Only done that about 500 times.

  Everyone playing on WGT  have these problems, since the holidays started.

  The SERVERS need to be rebooted.

  They Know it , We know it.

  any other answer , is a stall tactic.
