Just played my first game of the day and my individual point score was 1400 +. My cc had progressed to Level 12 since I was last on, which is supposed to giive 10% bonus points when using a pass.

My bonus points were shown as 55 and should have been more than 140. Are WGT scoring in a different way to the rest of the world?

You havnet 10% bonus, the CC has.

As a CC's member you get 4% bonus points (since level 10) per round for your own, using a pass or not.

The 10% bonus (level 12) is for the CC if you use a pass.

So if you score 1400 you'll get 1400+1400* 4% for your own xp ->1400+56

If using a pass the CC should have 10 % more > 1456+1456*10%.

I doubt that the bonusses are added, thus it's probably either 1456 or 1400+140=1540 XPs.

    For the CC, it would be 1400 + 56 + 140 = 1496.

When a CC pass is used, the XPs for the player and the CC are shown identical.

Based on our CC level 8, the CC bonus is +5%, while "My XP Bonus" is +3%.

Two examples show how it's counted:

    1) 3 holes without a pass:

    11 strokes + 30 for the game = 41
    3% of 41 is 1.2 (5% would be 2.05 - not applied)

    41 + 1 bonus = 42 correctly added to my XPs.

    Straight and simple.

    2) one hole with a pass and the CDP bonus:

    6 strokes + 6 game bonus + 880 CDP = 892
    3% of 892 = 26.8, 5% of 892 = 44.6 (8% = 72.4)

The pop up windows shows 26 XPs bonus, "added to your CC" - oops, only 3%(!), !rounded down!

But, my XPs rise by 892 + 27 = 919, apparently the decimals are counted, too.

The CC XPs rise by 892 + 72, being 8% of the basic number. (This may be difficult to see, because each stroke of any (other) member would be added immediately.)

    Pros and Cons:

+ With or without a pass, the individual XPs are always as shown, acc. to CC level.

+ The CC XPs are added from both numbers, here 3 + 5 = 8%.

+ Decimals are taken into account.

    So far, so good.

    - The display "adds ... XPs to your CC" is wrong, it shows only the individual XPs in whole numbers. No wonder that their accounting is deranged.

Thanks for the input but I still can't make the figures add up.

    Finished 18 hole tourney = 400 (with a pass)

    Hit the ball = 80

    Consecutive Days Played = 880

Club bonus on current level (12) = 54 (should be 136?)

Adding up the figures in any combination doesn't bring up 54 as 10%

OK - worked it out now. I get 4% (which makes the 54 correct) and the cc gets 10% (which isn't shown in the table).

Pity they can't supply some sort of table or correct the number of points awarded to the club.
