  Is there a reason why my average did not go down any after I beat a Tour Legend in Match Play? Or, when a Legend beats TL, does it not supposed to move down any?'

  This was invented when Legend was the highest tier. Since there was no "higher tier" then, they would be excluded.

  Not sure about the reason but about the outcome.

  there could be a few reason, but in general,  I would expect average to go down after 1 won. it's a long term continuum, so let it resolve itself :)

  This works only below the OP's tier, Legend.
