  I bought new balls for 200 credits and did not even play one full game and its just missing. how does that work? I don't even know who to talk to but if this is going to happen then I don't see a very long future for me at WGT.

  Hello. Contact Customer Support with the following information.

  -When you purchased the balls

  -The name of the purchase

  -Your player name

  This will help them investigate the matter and properly aid you. Here is the link to contact them directly.

  Yip I did but now its not there to equip.... just gone!!! and I did not use it either.

  We see that you have the Allianz balls equipped. Are those the ones you are referring to?

  Have you scrolled all the way through your ball inventory to make sure they are not there????
