So I completed a 450 credit survey. Yes the whole thing, even past the qualification questions. The survey was regarding wireless phones. The entire survey took me about 20 minutes or so. At the end of the survey I was told that I would receive credit for the survey and I was also asked if I would participate in an ongoing survey group. I chose 'yes' and went to another page where I was asked some personal info like an email address, ect. After inputting the information I hit submit and recieved an error message. I never received my credits. I checked the forums here and contacted trialplay as suggested. They say they can't help me and I should try the survey again. I did, but now they have no surveys for me.......ugh!

    TAXX,

Hope you used a web based e-mail address and not a local ip assigned one. you can expect a ton of junk mail from that information that was 'never' received.

The surveys have been a problem child since their introduction, and many have had similar experiences, including myself. They are, unfortunately, a bit of a scam and they will gladly take all of your information and decline payout, knowing that a large %age of users will never follow up. Sometime you get lucky and get through them and actually get credits, but this isn't the norm.

WGT has partnered with them for these surveys, and seems to have washed their hands of it. Too bad, as it would be a nice gesture to us players for them to either address these inconsistencies with the survey companies, or get rid of them if they won't start ponying up for our efforts. To me, it is a black eye for WGT to still be partnering with them while these problems persist.

I have earned 1,000s of credits with surveys and have never had any problems with them.

ive personally have had massive problems in the last month with these surveys.Ive had too e-mail WGT and they told me too e-mail trial-pay.Now trying too get your credits from them is like chiseling diamond with a rubber mallet.WGT is not the problem, they rienbursed me for a survey i completed 3 weeks ago,Its all (TRIAL PAY-they are DINKS).What you got too do,is go too the surveys,on the top right corner of that page,is contact, then you right them on what happen, and if they still dont wanna give your credits, then you do what i did,you give it too them, and tell them too put those credits in your account, cause it worked for me.I finnished a source survey for 8cr 1WEEK AGO, and never got nothing, see what im sayin. Now in terms of your error situation in your e-mail,try using your msn or another avenue,I had the same problem as well, instead of using outlook express were i was getting the errors cause i couldnt send anything thru,so i went too my msn account and added WGT too my contact list, and it works fine.

This. Do the Ampario surveys and the MyView survey, they're the only three I do and I've never had problems receiving credits(about 4,000 credits in my three weeks playing).

Personally, I think people are just too impatient a lot of times. Be patient and check those three surveys regularly, you should do just fine.

Okay, I appreciate all of your replies and let me try to respond.

    1. I do use a web based email address. My local machine email is my wife's. Whether I make WGT a contact or not will not matter. My junk mail folder is turned off, so I see everything that come in.
    2. If you say you qualify for every survey you attempt to qualify for then either you are in some sort of special ethnic, age and/or income earning group or you lie. I enter the same qualifying information everytime and I qualify for maybe 1 out of 50 surveys.
    3. I am not an impatient person. By contrary I am very patient. I read each question on a survey and answer them thoughtfully. I don't hit "next" too many times or hit "back" on the browser. I realize the importance of a survey to the business that wants the information so they can better their advertising and product.
    4. I have taken my 'complaint' as far as it will go and they will not credit me. I agree it is kinda of sham since I provided some personal information about myself, family and life without receiving anything in return.

Okay, here's the kicker. Remember me saying that I put information saying I would be part of a focus group? Well the contacted me and thanked me for my participation. It's interesting how they can find no record of me taking the survey, but yet the focus group does.
