    Hi - I am Yancy

I just watched John Elway putting on the Golf Channel (in some NFL old-timers tournament) and when I looked up to see where his score was at it said "26".

Then the rememberables kicked in - the Stableford Scoring System deal.

Im just a common man - and I dont know if 26 means he is rocking it or flubbin'

But - this would be something new for us WGTers. Thinking thru this proposable - it would not require a new course - just some coding work or whatnots.

    Your Friend, Yancy

Sounds complicated Yancy.  How about this simple system I invented...you are welcome to use it at your Country Club for a percentage of the royalties if it catches on.

1 point for just showing up, 1 point if you are on time, 1 point for bringing your clubs, 1 point for any hole completed in less than 10 strokes, 1 point for completing the round alive, 1 point if your cart is not damaged, 1 point if you don't need help adding up your score and in case of a tie, the winner is the person who broke the fewest clubs.

26 is not a bad score depending on which hole is is on.

Points     Strokes taken in relation to adjusted fixed score for given hole
0              2 strokes or more over, or no score recorded
    1              1 stroke over
    2               Same number of strokes
    3               1 stroke under
    4                2 strokes under
    5                3 strokes under
    6                4 strokes under

Wow. This is a lot of math fer a common man who just got his Grade 10.

    I am re-thinking this proposables.
