  I frequently change my status to 'Ready for a game', but often miss invites, because i am doing something else at the time.

  Could an audio notification be added to inform a player that s/he is being invited.

  Missing an invite is annoying, probably more so for the inviter, who must be more that his invite is being ignored.

  (Sorry for the repetition of the word 'invite' in this post)

  I'm sure that is just as annoying as the ignoring of the invite (see - there I go again)

  hi

  if you have your game window open and turn sound up, you should be able to hear it?

  ... and every time a friend changes their status (comes or goes) you get the sound. So it is like crying wolf. Now, IF we get a completely different sound for an invite, we'd know an invite has been received!

  Try this:

  1. On "Main Menu" page (under your player name) select MENU

  2. Look to the upper right side and select AUDIO

  3. 2nd from the bottom is "Invitation Alert" select ON

  4. Select SAVE

  For your current session, you will get an audio alert when an invitation comes in (or when anyone on your "Friends List" becomes "Available")

  The problem is, as ZioMio states, there is no difference between the 'Invite' notification to the sound when a friend logs on.

  It is useful to know when a friend logs on, but this is not an answer to the problem. If anything, it makes it worse.

  I have had the sound "on" for the invites ever since I joined WGT and have never heard a sound for any invite. Never heard a sound for friends signing in or out either.
