Well I see 2 problems here or maybe my take on the rules is wrong or WGT interpret them differently to us lesser mortals who pay their wages . The OP has stated that he was on here before but as a different account, I have always understood this was against the rules. You can't start up again as a different account, thats the rules, but many get away with it I know
Also he says he started a CC with this new account.
Well, WGT show that you uphold the rules and when he contacts customer services, bar him from WGT as all these cheats should be. Would be really nice to see this game cleaned up, but that I know is a vain hope, money talks loudest !!
