l3igMike:officers and/or directors don't have the option to create tourneys. you as an owner of your club can do so, but even you haven't appointed any officers in your club house so you wouldn't understand what i am saying since you can create tourneys at will. Sorry for my obvious statement to be over your head, but some people such as myself would like to know certain things that can only come from a GM. So thank you for your elaborate response that doesn't help anyone except owners.
I don't know where your information about such restriction may come from, but according to the FAQs every CC member can create CC tourneys, no extra permission necessary. Members can do it, Recruits can do it, Veterans can do it, Directors can do it, the owner can do it.

So I understood your statement well, sorry that you don't like my pun. I admit that I may not have understood something which you didn't talk about. Long distance mind reading is not my business.
And why should I as a CC owner appoint any Directors? Don't need to boost any egos with a useless title, and I rather wait which functions they may get before giving them away blindly.
BTW: What is a GM in your lingo? Too many entries in my dictionary...
