  A general guideline that I use is to ditch anyone who is either constantly red and / or green but never invites u for a game.  After about a month of that then they are gone.

  Unless like me u r a bit of a nepotist.  Edit* wrong word, I meant NPD - Narcissistic Personality Disorder
