  Been reading about several different issues involving RG's and Bracket games. Just so happens our CC has a Bracket match going. And it isn't advancing the round winners either. I'm also entered in a couple regular Bracket matches for which the same problems are occurring there too. Seems as though WGT has it's hands full with glitches but nothing is being done about them. Is there any particular reason for this? Icon or admin, can you give us a legitimate reason why these aren't being addressed and fixed? Or will we be given the usual lip service that "our QA Team was not aware of any problems".!!

  I have to agree with you.I have been playing for a good while now and have seen many strange things go ignored.Due to the fact that this is not a free game and in my opinion getting almost daft insofar as the price of balls go(especially),one does think that reported errors should be acknowledged promptly and dealt with....large intake of breath......instead of working out more ways to relieve us of our cash.

  As you can see, this forum is full of complaints...WGT seems to maintain the position of *** YOU business model!!!!!!!!!!!! They seem to want to ignore the issues, but continue to break the game. Maybe they are the same group that headed up the initial launch of the ACA healthcare website? 

  The game rocks, I have been on since 2009, and the decline of the game is very apparent!!! Please fix it, as I cannot hold on any longer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Agreed also. I quit trying to improve my game and just play now to waste time. I use to enjoy the competition....not so much anymore. Meter runs smooth until a crucial shot or putt, then jerk, jerk, jerk. 6 years and it still happens. 

  I would be fired.

  One things for sure ... the problems are spreading like a contagion. Perhaps WGT needs John McAfee's firm to take a look at their system. Don't get John himself though ... he's busy with other things. :-)
