  Many times when I try to get on the play spot does not show and says I have an internet problem, yet every other website i use responds.  As I am writing this it it alerting me yet I can still get on the rest of the site.

  Put the game client in your bookmarks/favourites (or even make it your homepage), then you dont need the play now button.

  The PLAY NOW button on the left is contained within a flash window, so you could try clearing out your flash cache to start with. CLICK

  Scott might be right ,or you might have to re-install flash. But what PaulTon said is the best advise. Chose a stable browser to play WGT and don't use it for anything else and set that browser's start up page to the game client and you will never have to use the play now button ever again.

  I'm sure I remember one of the mods (icon possibly) recently stating that he did not recommend using a shortcut to get to the game client. Did he ever explain why he said that?

  A cynic might say that bypassing the main page means less ads being seen.

  There is a big difference in what browser you use for what for this game. I use IE just to take surveys and read the Forums. Here is what 1 click on WGT Home Page looks like for my machine:

  Now that I re-read the original post the persons Flash Player is out-of-date

  It could be something that WGT installed to keep from hearing about game problems.
