    how many have received this and not get what is given, notice the 0 balls, wow i won nothing, got nothing and still wgt sends these false messages out.

     

    why?

    I received one. Also received a Callaway slow meter ball for entering the Global Golf Tournament this morning. This might be the first time in 7 years they've given away 2 different golf balls in the same month.

    If it's not in your inventory, shoot customer service a message and they'll correct the error. They may or may not see it here in the forums.

    Level zero, not quantity, I think.

    You're right, MB. The zero refers to the level of the ball, not the quantity sent. The same happens when gifting. The notice tells you what you received but not the quantity. Quite often I used to gift dozens but the fact that it was multiple sleeves gifted was never reflected in the announcements.
