I close to the pin alot and have made hole in ones. I never hear the heart beat sound. Do you know what I can do to make it work. I hear the club hit the ball and other sounds.

do you hear other sound? like music or clubs hitting ball?
either you have whole game on mute (button right corner) or certain features on mute (in game, click menu/options and select sound options there)
