    5:03 PM PST December 3,

WGT MAIN SITE PAGES ARE TAKING FOREVER TO LOAD.  "PAGE LOADING" ICON is spinning FOREVER.

It seems to be tripping on the advertisement at the TOP of the page and ALSO the advertisement at the lower left (Underneath the FRIENDS list) - which when the page finally finishes loading after spinning for 5 minutes or more - are coming up "WEBPAGE NOT FOUND" in the place where the ad normally goes.

BOUNCE / REBOOT / FIX your server.

I have cleared my caches it is not on my end it is on the WGT end.

I tried to get on tonight and it keep asking for my login info over and over and over again and again...what a pain...after about 10 tries I finally got logged in. I hope this is not going to become a reacuring problem like the meter problem. Also on the third hole of and RG everything went away and told me I had lost my connection...This game was not fun!!!!!

Agreed, I have experienced the same issue 3 times now.  I refreshed the page, cleared the cache, and defragmented the drive.

Another issue is that when it finally does boot the page, the log-in portion of the page remains loading for several seconds (20-30) or  just fails to load.

I got that too...INCLUDING the Server seemingly lost track of me in the middle of an MPC vs BMULKEY22.  I closed all windows and upon reopening WGT the PLAY NOW Button would not Load AND it was asking me for LOGIN info.

Due to all of this I did not beat the 5 minute clock to REJOIN the game.  BMULKEY22 can have the credits - it's NOT ABOUT THAT.

FIX THE SITE.  FOR THE THOUSANDTH TIME.

Add my voice to what JAKESTANFILL has been saying AND ALSO it is for reasons like this that the person who posted the thread entitled "This Game Is Unplayable" DOES HAVE VALID POINTS.

    It's not your fault.

    It's on their end.

I just don't see why they provide a service that is so cheapskate. Granted it usually runs fine... but wth is up with it right now.

If they need to go down for maintenance or upgrades.. whatever that's fine.

What their lacking is the bandwidth to accommodate all of the people trying to play the game.

Clicking BUY CREDITS or PRO SHOP makes it load extremely fast.

Use Google Chrome for game play only. Bookmark the main page and the game client. The trick is to not use Chrome for everyday web browsing. Use a different browser. I use a single core computer with Chrome, and the page load times are ridiculously fast.

On a side note for the fast player. People may encounter meter stutter within the first 5 seconds of a swing. We've heard it said before to hold the meter at the top of the meter bar, there's a reason the meter is smooth after the pause.

Watch in the lower left corner after the next hole location loads, you'll notice the name of the club changes, this will cause a meter stutter 98% of time during ones swing. The next place a meter stutter occurs is on the green. Again, the fast player will occur a meter stutter 98% of the time here. Watch the upper-right corner where the meter speed banner drops down, a meter stutter will occur almost every-time for the fast player.

If you use Iron, it works better.  It's Chrome, just stripped down from all the gadgets.
