I am legend lvl81 and got 60- avrg sometimes i know what i need t raise tour legend, and other dude is if wining matchs again tour legends you can raise to this tier.
And last thing xD if someone is boring of have so much credits can give me a little xD. Recently i hv about 1k credits and i cant buy fking balls lol..

You have a 66.00 average - plenty of woodwork to 60.000
This might help you to achieve the 500 legend rounds, if necessary.
Don't know about xDs, but for 1,000 credits you get 300 B-ES balls and approx. 100,000,000 Starters.
You can't get to TL through match play. Whoever told you that is wrong.
If that was the case, I would've been TL loooooong ago.
