    Hey WGT how about it?

I'm sure it would cost a pretty penny, but make it worth it to those they are active players and will eventually get theirs money's worth for it and then some.

So - for instance, you hit a shot in the weeds or on the edge of the water. Normally a lost ball....right? Well maybe not any more! Sure you still get hit with the nasty penalty but sometimes it seems like you should be able to get your ball back being right on the edge of the weeds or water.

I think we should have the option, as in real life, to make a retrieval attempt for our lost ball. And as in real life, you don't always find it, but also sometimes you might find 2! Make it interesting.

Having the option to select your retrieval instrument and using the mouse cursor to scroll the area it was lost would be cool. Sure alot of details to go into that but just trying to kick up some dust.

Stupid idea? Yea probably - but who knows. Some fires are started with just a spark :)

WGT would never insert that because that would kill the ball industry here.

    Kill? Hardly.

Maybe a 50/50 chance you find your ball - that is if it even is on the edge of the weeds or water like I said. Really think that would kill the ball industry here?

I rarely ever lose a ball, but I'd think when someone does it would be pretty good and lost - not even close to the edge of the weeds or water.

And even if you do find your ball, maybe it loses 20% life as a penalty.

I have to believe that the ball industry is sustained around the short life of these balls running out opposed to anything to do with lost balls. Maybe there are folks out there that lose them regularly - I can't speak on that other than that would frustrate me to the point of quitting anyway.

And I'm only suggesting this because of handful of instances I have had over the 1,000+ ranked rounds I've played and had a ball just roll into the weeds - so close my man could have reached down and grabbed it - but WGT claims it to be "lost" - and to me that is wrong.

Possible overkilling here - but just seeing what if anything this stirs up.

    Well Im all for it!

Then I want an option for random dogs running around catching balls, and we get a small calibre(to make it fair) sidearm to pick them off and get our balls back.

But seriously,I LOVE the idea of a ball catcher thingie so heres my vote!

We love you WGT kissie kissieX
