I would be willing to help you set this league up. Here's a few ideas:
1. A match play league a bit like WGTLS.
2. Divisions of around 8 players, with everyone playing each other twice. This would mean based on what happens in WGTLS it would last around 3 months.
3. Possible double promotion. As in top finisher goes up two leagues, second up 1 league, bottom finisher down two leagues and second bottom down two leagues with all other players staying in the same league to add a big threat of promotion and relegation.
4. An end of season tournament featuring all 64 players with byes to the top players if players withdraw.
Altogether the league would last around eight months, with the league starting immediately after the 64 slots are filled. For the second and 7th division top/bottom finisher they only go up/down 1 league.
