  Not trying to put a downer on your post,but you need to post this in your CC forums,as only CC members are eligible to take part in this tournament.

   Having had a quick look at your CC,i've noticed 112 of your members haven't played a round in 2015! Obviously i don't know their reasons for not playing,but personally i would start culling the non participants in order to get in some fresh blood,and hopefully gain higher participation in your club tournys.Your not alone in low participation of CC tournys as you will find a fair few CC's have a similar problem.

  First off, u haven't played any CC tournaments yourself for over a year.

  Secondly u have only one member in over 200 that can break par on a moderate course.

   

  Can I be a guest member for a week, i need some extra credits.
