  Here's something that works with Windows 8 and a touchscreen monitor ... if you notice your drive drifting off into the rough, merely swiping your finger over the ball on the mini-map in the direction you want the ball to go, will bring it back onto the fairway.

  It doesn't work on approach shots to the green for some reason ... must be the coding.
