    Hi, this is the first time this has happened to me, as I usually receive the credits for completing a survey immediately.  However, I completed a "We want to hear from you" survey this morning (the one with the red check mark), and was supposed to receive 75 credits immediately.  Hours later, still no luck...

    Is there a process one can go through to have the credits awarded by WGT?

     

    Thanks for any advice/input...

    That survey has never payed out for me either...best to just move on and stick to the Ampario and MyView surveys from now on imo :)

     

    You can try reporting it, however(I tried contacting support once, but never did end up getting my credits from that survey. Perhaps you'll have better luck). At the top right of the offers page, there's a 'Support' button. Click it and a list of all of the offers you've completed/started will come up. Scroll down and find the survey that didn't pay out, and click the 'Contact Support' button next to it.
