    When is WGT going to address this constant disconnecting problem?

    I have spoken to many other members who are having the same problem. Some have suggested that this is a ploy by WGT to make us pay for our rounds of golf by using WGT's new features.

    If this is the case and WGT are deliberately doing this then what about all the money I have spent on clubs and balls since becoming a member? 

    Three times I have contacted WGT Support and it's been a week now and now reply. 

    My next step is to contact PayPal

    hi

    whoever came up with that ploy must not be that bright. I can tell you for sure, that we have no such ploy, our goal is for you enjoy the game and play it as much as possible, so even considering disconnections would be counterproductive to thast.

    LOL, Icon i must admire you for the straight talking, not that bright maybe a term customer services should not use.

    To me, and i deal quite a bit with customers, i like it and only wish i could say it . Im sure no offence will be taken, we are all adults.

    OK I only heard you address his statement about a ploy from WGT. I did not however hear you say anything about them fixing the problem or even addressing anyone about it
