Re: Can not equip bag - "Unexpected error"

  So, after resisting for a month or two I decided to buy some balls and play a little. Now I can not get them into the bag. I select my new balls and hit "Save", I see that the error shows behind the equip dialog. Dialog says "Saving" forever. It doesn't. It just do... nothing. I try again. Again. I get annoyed. Give me my money back.
  
  I must say that the "Unexpected error" situation is pretty expected nowadays.

  I had a similar issue with the error. I've fixed my issue and got my bag 4 slots back by un-checking the bag to unequip it, then save, then open edit equipment again, drag (equip) the bag again and the slots and bag are back & working. So far.

   

  ps

  when I close out the Maxathon (edit correction 'Comodo IceDragon') browser, and then open it again, it seems the problem returns. I am now going to clear my data, again, and clear my cookies just to test it.

   

  I did submit a bug report when it was glitching.

  I am unable to equip bag. Using both maxthon and chrome browsers. I open 'edit equipment' and select 'bags' drag and drop my bag in the left hand column spot and then click 'save changes'  get UNEXPECTED ERROR. bag does not equip. I have tried to equip and save multiple clubs and balls and they DO work OK. Only the BAG will not equip and save. I have sold nothing. I last used my bag a few months ago with no problem. I have owned the bag since 2013. I have equipped it and un-equipped it in the past. this appears to be a new development. I tried to do as the previous poster suggested and drag the bag over and then uncheck it. then try again. did NOT work for me. HELP anyone have any suggestions ?

  Hi Ttiggerwoods,

  Thanks for the post about this issue. This is a glitch that our Q/A people are aware of and are working on a fix for. In the mean time please follow the steps below in order to restore usage of your standbag plus.

  1. Launch the game in browser and select Change Equipment under My Equipment.

  2. Go to your bag and un-equp the bag by un-checking the Equip checkbox.

  3. Save Changes.

  4. Go Back to Change Equipment.

  5. Click on the Bags tab and drag the bag back over to the Drag Bag Here area. 

  6. Add equipment as needed and save changes.
