  Hi:

  I'm at pro level 52.  I can purchase clubs  at my current level, but the ball category lists me as Hack+ and can only purchase balls at level 0 as all the balls above are still locked.

  Is there a solution to this problem?

  Hi there

  to purchace the other balls that are still locked, you need to be (L30+/Legend+)

  you might be level 52, but you are only a pro, not a legend.

  As far as I can tell, you should be able to purchase most balls. Could you take a picture of how your proshop looks and post it here?

  There is no problem. The balls that are locked to you are legend only balls. You have to be in the legend tier to qualify to buy them. They are locked to everyone else.
