    Rented a putter on the free rental weekend. i have never had any putter loaded other than the the starter putter. After the rental weekend my putter is back to default starter putter and the meter speed is stuck at 3.5 not 5.0 like it should be.

    Uh! Are you complaining?

    3.5 is a slower meter speed than the starter putter 5.0 meter speed.

    A slower meter is usually a sought after attribute. But if you scroll down to the bottom of a forum page and click on Contact - you can send a message directly to Customer Support requesting your meter speed issue be brought to the attention of their tech support people.

    No, the higher the number in meter speed, the slower the meter.  5.0 would be slower than the 3.5.
