    Question if I click on the request in my invites will it automatically, register my to that club .

    Yes. But you can quit at any time if you don't like it.

    Thought it gave you a choice of accept or decline....

    You may well be right, I've sent hundreds but never received one.

    You had to have received at least 1. Unless you were the original owner of your CC. If not then you received an invitation from The People's Club owner at that time.
