    Hi Everyone!!

    Just an update, we are being featured on Android!! I just wanted to let everyone know that when we get featured, usually our Customer Service dept gets flooded with emails from new users (2-4 times the volume they handle on a daily basis) which may lead to longer response times. Below are some pointers for sending CS a request that will help make their job easier and help resolve your issue quicker. =)

     

    If you send CS an email, be sure to have your Username in the body of the email, just makes it a bit quicker to look up your account. 

    If its a refund request for disconnected credit games like Skins and Blitz, please include the Game ID#, will help when CS investigates the game played and move things along quicker. If its for a credit Match Play game, include the opponents name. 

    If its for an in-game error, screen shots are always appreciated and providing as much information in the first message to CS really helps in getting things resolved without having to email back and forth as much.
