Looks like an interesting feature for CCs and other groups, but I didn't find any information how to get it.

Is it included in Skype? Is it an add-on? What's the costs?

Some information or a link would be appreciated.

You just download Skype and anyone can set a room up you can even have multiple rooms if you wish, yes it is free.

If you are a WGT member wanting to enhance your playing experience by using the extra feature of a Skype room..... please check out our newly formed club - ChampionsGate.

    *******************************************

Are you an active player who is more interested in shooting a few rounds with friends on your own schedule, ... than chasing Golden Putters or XP points.

ChampionsGate is a newly formed and rapidly growing club designed around that principal.

We are most interested in members who enjoy the game and the friendship - without concern for chasing virtual prizes. We have ongoing club tournaments to meet all interests and skill levels, a very active Skype room that always has something going on, and a strong group of seasoned, experienced players to help others advance their game. Currently looking for like-minded members to join.

    Thanks for considering!

Thanks for using the thread with a simple how to question to pimp your club!

    Alosso:

    1. Download skype if you don't have it

    2.  Create a user name if you don't already have one. Or maybe you want to create a new one just for WGT, to keep WGT and your personal, family or business life seperate

    3. Look at tabs at the top.  first one says Skype, 2nd from left says Contacts. 3rd option down on contacts says "create new group"

    4. create the group and name it (White Rabbit would probably be the one to go for)

    5. Once established you can click on group in your list and it will show it on right hand side, the name of group and how many people are involved.  to the right from there you will see 3 little buttons, furthest to the right is a little stick figure head with a plus symbol. Click that to add people.  You need there skype ID's though.

Good luck. You are a pretty smart guy so I think you will figure the rest out

    Stewart4100:
    a very active Skype room

This line provoked my question, and I'd be very pleased for some collegial hint for my CC, Stewart!

Thanks for the additional hints, I'm using Skype and I have a special account for WGT.

Alas, I dunno if a contact list does the trick, that doesn't look like the thing I have in mind. For instance, I know "rooms" from TeamSpeak, where people enter rather than being invited to conversations.

    Any other information available?

Is there a limit on the number of players that can be in on the same call?

Thank you, JS - I would not have recognized it as a "room".

From the Help it appears as a common text chat area for a bunch of people, not too bad, and not limited like the WGT game chat. I imagine that it might be perpetuous, working even when so. is offline(?)

YJ, I read about 300 possible entries.
